What is with this weather? I mean, a few days of rain is not a big deal, but the whole next WEEK? Not to mention the fact that it's cold (5 degrees) AND windy too.......! Ugh.....RAIN - you are putting a damper in my plans!
Well, if you are staying indoors today like me, after you watch your cartoons and make cookies you can try this short and sweet at-home work-out! :)
Move quickly from one exercise to the other, repeat each circuit 3 times
Circuit 1
Jumping Jacks - 30 seconds
Squats - 20
Squats - 20
Push-ups - 10
3x
Circuit 2
Running or jogging on the spot - 1 minute
Lunges (stationary) - 15 on each leg
Tricep Dips (use a sturdy kitchen chair) - 10
3x
Circuit 3 - Abs
Basic Crunch - 15
Plank - hold for 15-30 seconds
Reverse Curl - 15
*reverse curl = lie on your back, tuck your knees in, and lift your tail bone up off the ground, brining your hips up and towards your shoulders
