It's all about the water....

I found this online and thought it wold be helpful, especially with the nice hot weather headed our way this week!

10 Reasons to Drink Water

Water is absolutely essential to the human body’s survival. A person can live for about a month without food, but only about a week without water.

Water helps to maintain healthy body weight by increasing metabolism and regulating appetite.

Water leads to increased energy levels. The most common cause of daytime fatigue is actually mild dehydration.

Drinking adequate amounts of water can decrease the risk of certain types of cancers, including colon cancer, bladder cancer, and breast cancer.

For a majority of sufferers, drinking water can significantly reduce joint and/or back pain.

Water leads to overall greater health by flushing out wastes and bacteria that can cause disease.

Water can prevent and alleviate headaches.

Water naturally moisturizes skin and ensures proper cellular formation underneath layers of skin to give it a healthy, glowing appearance.

Water aids in the digestion process and prevents constipation.

Water is the primary mode of transportation for all nutrients in the body and is essential for proper circulation.

30 Days....

Ok - just so everyone knows, I HAVE been doing my 30 minutes of exercise every day, I promise!  What I'm not doing so well at is blogging about it.  Sorry!!!!

Today so far.....

Mom & Baby Bootcamp - the kiddos ran and ran this morning, so cute and so entertaining.  Plus the moms all worked very hard too.  They will definitely be feeling their legs tomorrow!

Tonight - going to be hitting up the lake and going for a run.  Hopefully it doesn't rain!

Work-out Clothes....What's your style?

I love it.  Can't get enough of it!  Lululemon is the BEST brand of clothing ever invented.  I know it's super expensive, but it's SO worth it.  I have pieces of Lulu that are 7 years old that I STILL wear!  Can you believe that?  And it hasn't pilled, stretched, fallen apart, or anything.  LOVE!  ....and I bought some today :)

I'm also a fan of the work-out gear at Costco too, specifically for the fact that you can probably get 4 pieces for the price of 1 Lululemon item.  So most days I try really hard to not surf the Lulu site, I withold my urge to spend money while I'm in the big city (minus my trip today!), and instead just go down to my local Costco store and fill my cart with triple the items instead!  Recently when I was there (last Friday) they had Champion brand fitted work-out jackets in awesome colors - $19 - can't go wrong there!

Sport Chek also carries really cute work-out clothes.  I have a couple Adidas pieces that I love.  Adidas has GREAT colors.  I'm always magnetically drawn to bright colors like hot pink, turquoise, purple, or lime green!

Well gang, that's my blurb on work-out clothes!

Over and out!
