Pyramid

Pyramid One - Cardio

Burpees, Jumping Jacks, Wide Jump Squats, Crunch

1 Burpee, 1 Jumping Jack, 1 Wide Jump Squat, 1 Crunch
2 Burpees, 2 Jumping Jacks, 2 Wide Jump Squats, 2 Crunches
...go all the way up to 10 reps of each (no rest in between) once you hit 10, you will start going back down...10, 9, 8, and so on.
*Rest option at the point of your pyramid - 3 minutes max


Pyramid Two - Strength

Jumping Jack, Squat, Push Up, Crunch

Same as above, just different exercises


Each "Pyramid should take you about 7-9 minutes on the way up, and 7-9 minutes on the way down.  You can get a great work-out in as little as 15 minutes, burning the same number of calories that you would doing 30 minutes of cardio on say, a stationary bike (believe me, I've tried!  The only plus to the stationary bike is that you can read/watch tv)  This exercise is a much better, and much more time efficient work out!
